Service Provision

The window washing service will be provided by Cali Window Cleaning to the customer on the agreed date and time.The service will include washing of exterior and or interior windows, and or any other services agreed as per the customers request.The customer is responsible for providing access to the windows to be washed and or additional services, ensuring the safety of the services providers.

Payment

The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the service, as specified in the invoice provided by Cali Window Cleaning.Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.In case of a late payment, Cali Window Cleaning reserves the right to charge a late payment fee as per the applicable laws.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The customer may cancel or reschedule the service 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time without penalty.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the cost of service as per our company policy.

Liability

Cali Window Cleaning will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of its service providers during the time of service.The customer is responsible for removing any obstacles or hazards that may hinder the service providers from performing the service safely and efficiently.Cali Window Cleaning will not be liable for any damage to property caused by the customers negligence or failure to comply with safety instructions.

Cali Window Cleaning offers professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our team of skilled service providers uses environmentally, friendly products and modern equipment to ensure sparkling, clean windows and exceptional customer satisfaction.Our window washing services are available on weekdays, with flexible, scheduling options to accommodate our customers needs. Appointments can be booked in advance by phone text or via email.Upon booking a service appointment, we will confirm the date and time with the customer. The window washing process will be conducted efficiently and meticulously with special attention to detail and quality.
